Please note that your travel costs will be covered and arranged by DG HOME under the following conditions:

Date of arrival: in the morning of 13 November, or in the evening of 12 November if suitable flights are not available.

Date of departure: he late afternoon or evening of 13 November, or the following day in the morning of 14 November if no suitable flights are available.

In exceptional cases, the Commission may approve additional nights of accommodation due to limited flight connections between the participant’s place of origin and the conference location. If this applies, we will inform you accordingly and provide the relevant hotel details.

Following your registration, the travel agency will contact you to confirm your travel arrangements.

Please note that reimbursements are not available for this event. All accommodation and travel arrangements will be managed directly by the organising team.
