Please note that your travel costs will be covered and arranged by DG HOME under the following conditions:

*Two representatives per Member State can attend the meeting in person.

*The Commissions arranges and covers travel and accommodation for one (1) representative per Member State; Please do not book travel or accommodation for yourself (if you are the covered participant) as this cannot be refunded; Following your registration, the travel agency will contact you to confirm your travel arrangements.

*Airport transfers are at the charge of the participants.

*8kg carry-on luggage only.

The organizer and its processor Idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you have provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your badge and to allow you to modify your registration.
