You are invited to attend the Training Against Hate Crimes for Law Enforcement (TAHCLE), taking place on 16–18 June 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hamburg – City Alster, Graumannsweg 10, 22087 Hamburg, Germany.

This ODIHR TAHCLE course equips law enforcement officers and their lecturers with the knowledge and practical tools to recognize, record, investigate, and respond to hate crimes. Participants will explore the OSCE hate crime framework in relation to their national context, examine their own biases, and learn how to support victims with sensitivity and respect. The course also includes a train-the-trainer component, enabling participants to deliver hate crime training to their colleagues.
